ACPTA Representative Represent Anderson PTSA at the ACPTA Member meetings (4-5 annually) and in our two Anderson Vertical Team meetings. Contact: Jo Dale Guzman, [email protected] Anderson Community Partners Reach out to our local business partners to advertise the AHS Community Partners program. Then work to ensure our partners receive the benefits offered at each sponsor level. Contact: Margaret Bettinger, [email protected] Baccalaureate Service Coordinate the production of the memorable program that honors our graduating seniors (held in May). Contact: Hilary Marchbanks, [email protected] Booster Club Outreach Act as a liaison between the PTSA and the booster clubs on campus. Contact: Tina Bodell, [email protected] CAC Representatives Represent the PTSA at the monthly Principal Campus Advisory Council. Meetings are held immediately after school. Contact: Kristin Ashy & Cynthia Coffman, [email protected] Campus Beautification Help prioritize campus improvements and recruit volunteers. Contact: Lauren Ward, [email protected] Hospitality & Staff Appreciation Provide food and decorations, and/or work a shift serving and cleaning up at staff appreciation events throughout the year. Reflections Coordinate the PTA Reflections art program by advertising through flyers, newsletter, social media and Fine Arts teachers. Collect entries and assist with submissions. Contact: Jenna Martion - [email protected] Scholarships Advertise the PTSA and Donor scholarhsips to the community, collect complete applications and work with volunteers to finalize the recipients. Contact: Jennifer Dorado, [email protected] Secret Pals Adopt a teacher, staff member and/or custodian and provide them with monthly notes & small gifts of appreciation (ongoing). Contact: Alisa Dean - [email protected] Social Media Coordinator Work with the President and 1st VP to publish content on the PTSA Social Media platforms. Contact: Jennifer Owens & Ashley Brooks, [email protected] Trojan Times Publish Newsletter and keep families informed.
